Day 1: Arrive in Zhangjiajie

Arrive in Zhangjiajie, your local guide will meet you at the airport then accompany you and take a driving to the hotel, about 5 km away from the airport.

Day 2 Zhangjiajie (Shiyanping Tujia Village)
Drive about hours to Shiyanping Tujia Village and have a full day excursion there for the Rice Terraces and ethnic minority culture there. Visit the Terraced Fields, villages of Tujia People. After visiting,transfer back to Zhangjiajie City, visit Tian's Old Courtyard and Tujia Folk Custom Park before back to hotel.
Shiyanping Tujia Village: With hundreds of years history,Shiyanping Tujia Village boasts lots of ancient towering trees,intact vagetations,original and ancient stilt houses,as well as colorful folk customs so that it was listed as one of the ancient Tujia Villages to be preserved best in China.

Day 3 Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
Meet your guide and  you'll start your trip in Zhangjiajie.
Yellow Stone Village: After breakfast in the hotel ,visit Yellow Stone Village, It lies to the west of Zhangjiajie Forest Park with an altitude of 1200m and covers an area of 250mu. You can enjoy the Six Stranges Pagoda, Picking Star Platform, Five Finger Peak, Lover peaks and so on when you are on the top of mountain.
Golden Whip Stream: Located in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Yellow Stone Village covers a distance of 7.5 km from north to south, winding across mountains and valleys. The brook is limpid through the year, with many scenic spots along the way. It is famous for Jinbian Crag-which has a height of 382km and looks like a huge flying eagle. Wear good walking shoes and protection from the weather.

Day 4 Zhangjiajie -Yuanjiajie & Tianzi Mountain

Yuanjiajie: This mountain is also called AVATAR Mountain for the movie AVATAR is shot here. Enjoy Hallelujah Mountain, NO.1 Bridge in the world and so on.
Tianzi Mountain: It is known for 4 natural spectacles - the clouds of mist that circle the peaks of the mountain,the amazing views of the rising sun,the moonlit nights and snowcapped winter peaks.They include more than 80 natural platforms to take in the magnificent scenery.

Day 5 Zhangjiajie
Tianmen Mountain: Tianmen Mountain, is approved to be National Forest Park in 1992, has an elevation of 1518.6 meters. It is only 8 kilometers far from the downtown and is one of the most representative natural sceneries of Zhangjiajie. For a long time, Tianmen...After visiting, you are transferred to hotel in Zhangjiajie .

After breakfast, transfer to Yongshun County in Xiangxi Tujia & Miao Autonomous Prefecture. Today, you will visit Laosicheng  Tusi Site ,With a total area of 62 acres (25 hectares), it is the largest, oldest, and best-preserved Tusi site in China. On July 4, 2015, the site was listed as a world cultural heritage, together with the Site of Tangya Tusi Domain and the Site of Hailongtun Tusi Fortress. After visiting, transfer to Fenghuang Ancient Town. Upon arrival, check in hotel and enjoy night-view of the town.

Day 7: Fenghuang -Zhangjiajie-departure
After breakfast, you will have a half day tour in Fenghuang Town (Phoenix Ancient Town) which is a wonderful example of what villages were like prior to the onset of modernization. Here dozens of alleys paved with flagstones run between the houses, each showing wear caused by the feet of generations of local people who have used them when going about their daily business.

For the visitor, these alleys are the way to see the typical high gabled wooden houses built on stilts along the banks of the Tuojiang River at close quarters.
After lunch, transfer back to Zhangjiajie airport for departure
