Zhagana Scenic Area
Zhagana Scenic Area 扎尕那景区 is located in Yiwa Township of Diebu County, Ganan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province. It is about 2 hours drive from Langmu Monastery, as well as 1 hour drive from the downtown Diebu County.

Zhagana Tibetan Village
Zhagana Tibetan Village is the must-see place while you visit the Zhagana Scenic Area. . The village is divided into four small villages standing from the bottom of the valley and the top of the mountain. There is a circle of highways connecting the four villages. You can take a photo on foot or by car, and it takes about 1 hour to walk from bottom to top.Here,the ancient wooden houses in the village are built along the mountains. The quiet and simple work of the Tibetans is between the hillsides and rivers, forming a wonderful pastoral scenery. Whether it is sightseeing, photography, or visiting the traditional life of the simple Tibetan people, it is a wonderful place not to be missed.Every morning, there are almost clouds between the rock walls of the mountains, and the stars in the night when the lights are gone are beautiful and splendid. They are all good opportunities for taking pictures.
Inaccessible lakes and stone forests
In addition, there is a two-day hiking trail behind the village that leads to the inaccessible lakes and stone forests. However, this route is only suitable for outdoor enthusiasts and needs to camp for one night. When you travel this route, you can rent a horse in the village and look for a groom to lead the way. Usually a horse costs about 150 yuan a day.

Most of the accommodations in the scenic area are local Tibetan folk houses, and in the past two years, the inn is also open. The largest one is the Zhagana Grand Hotel.
