Mysterious Stone Valley

Mysterious Stone Valley is Located about 48 kilometers  west of Bortala City at the foot of the Alataw Mountain. Lying about 26 kilometers to the west of the Alashankou pass, the spot is close to the Ebinur Lake. a famous lake in the Jungar Basin.

 The spot is situated in a low hill belt in the Alatao Mountain, covering an area of 230 square kilometers. It is famous for its fantastic stones.The Mysterious Stone Valley is the largest strange stone group in West China. It is only 30 kilometers northwest of the famous lake in Junger Basin, Aibi Lake.
