Dongjiang Lake
What to see ?
In the Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area, there are many scenic spots,such as,Dongjiang Lake, Doushuai Spirit Caves, Dragon Scenery Park, Hougushan Waterfall, Dongjiang Dam, etc. In addition, the First Drift of China's Eco-tourism Drift, bailout above water, seaplane, aquatic slide way, the hot spring bathes and so on, much integrating participation and sightseeing, can be found and fully experienced here.
The length of Dongjiang Drifting is 28km with a fall of 75m, and there are 108 dangerous shoals on the drifting course. Because of the flourishing virgin forest on its two sides with old rattans 
and beautiful scenery and its large fall and long distance, it has become famous nation widely for its natural drifting.
Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area is also the natural oxygen bar with fresh air all year round. And it is surrounded by islands of sizes and luxuriant primeval forests with precious birds and animals living among. Dongjiang Lake, for its picturesque scenes and an expanse of water, is also well known as the "Eastern Swiss" Lake.
Dongjiang Lake, with green mountains and clean water, got the laudatory name "Eastern Switzerland", and the newly opened amusement project such as the over water bailout, seaplane are so thrilling and stimulating that they make tourists forget their way back; Zheshui River featured by green forests, primitive ecology, innumerable beaches and vast waves is a drifting paradise integrating experience, search, and novelty, known as "First Drift of China's Eco-tourism"; the limestone cavern underground river Wanhua Cave in suburb enjoys the reputation "the Marvelous Sight of World Cavern ";
How to get there ?
Address: Zixing City, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province.
1. Take the coach from Chenzhou to Dongjiang Dam at South Coach Station and you can arrive here.
2. Take the coach from Chenzhou to Zixing (Liyu River, New Zone) and get to the Liyu River Coach Station, then change Bus 3 and arrive here.
