8 Days Wonderful Guizhou and Yunnan Tour
Upon your arrival at the Kunming Changshui International Airport, our tour guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel in Kunming. After settling down your luggage and a short rest, you will start your tour in Kunming.
Option for the Evening: Dynamic Yunnan Show is an original ethnic dance musical that directed by Yang Liping. You can get a unique “Yunnan Impression” from the show, which is a combination of folk dances and a fresh artistic concept. The show starts at 20:00 every day (except at and around the Spring Festival) and lasts for 1.5 hours.

Day 2: Kunming-Xingyi
In the afternoon, you will visit a minority village of Hani People, which is inhabited in the area of Stone Forest for generations. You can dance and chat with the local people and learn the profound and colorful cultures of this minority.Afterwards you will head for Xingyi, the southwest gate of Guizhou Province.

Day 3: Xingyi
This day is reserved for a nature tour around Xingyi. First visit the Wanfenglin (Forest of Ten Thousand Peaks). As its name implies, there are thousands of bizarre looking peaks in the Wanfenglin Scenic Area, actually, up to 20000. Due to its unique karst landscape and beautiful scenery, it is regarded as a Wonder Under Heaven.
We then proceed to the Maling River Canyon and go for a 2-hour trek at the so called Tianxing Gallery (Heaven Star Gallery) within the scenic area, where you will be fascinated by the amazing scenery of deep canyons as well as the majestic and unique karst waterfalls. We return to the hotel in the afternoon.

Day 4:Xingyi-Huangguoshu Waterfall-Anshun
Today we visit Huangguoshu Waterfall, China’s biggest! On the way we will first stop over at Zuoqi Black Miao Village to discover women's traditional costume with big earrings, black turbans and cotton jackets. We also pay a visit to a Bouyei People Village to witness their traditional way of spinning and weaving.
We then continue our excursion to the Huangguoshu Waterfall: the main waterfall is 74 meters high and 81 meters wide, like a milky way hanging on the cliff. After these unique impressions we drive further to Anshun. Enjoy your free evening and local snacks at Anshun’s lively night market to soak up some authentic atmosphere.

Day 5: Anshun- Guiyang
In the morning, we will head for Guiyang, Guizhou’s capital city. Upon arrival, we continue the journey to the Jiaxiu Tower. Constructed on a huge rock in Nanming River, the Jiaxiu Tower was first built during the late Ming Dynasty in the 17th century and rebuilt many times in the following years. The three-storey wooden Tower has been standing there for about 400 years and witnessed the development of the city.
Then pay a visit to Qingyan Ancient Town which has a long history of more than 600 years.

Day 6: Guiyang-Kaili
After breakfast, you will head for Kaili for a private two-day Miao ethnic minority tour. The first stop will be Qingman Long-Skirt Miao Village. It is so named because the Miao people in the village wear long skirts. The hospitable Miao villagers will greet you into the village by drinking the block way wine. With hundreds of years' history, the village still keeps its original look: bluestone roads, wooden stilt houses, and Miao people in traditional costumes and silver headdresses.
You will also visit a local family to get a close touch with the Miao people's life and have lunch in the family house. Afterwards, continue to visit Shidong Miao Village to see how paper is made in the traditional way. As one of the four great inventions in ancient China, the traditional way makes use of tree roots and bark to produce paper. Paper making in Shiqiao Miao Village has a history of over 1,000 years, and is regarded as a 'live fossil' in the research of paper making. The last stop of today is another long-skirt Miao village, Boji Miao Village where over 100 Miao households live for generations and is renowned for the tranquil and bucolic scenery.

Day 7: Kaili
After breakfast, your private tour of Miao ethnic minority continues today to visit the local market assembling many Miao handicrafts, snacks and fresh vegetables. If it happens to be Sunday, the market would be more lively and bustling, which is also called Kaili Sunday Market by locals. Then proceed to Jidao Miao Village which is a well-preserved village with strong Miao flavor and is famous for hundreds of years old Miao folk song, granaries and bluestone roads. Your next stop is the famous Langde Miao Village. Located about 31 miles to the south of Kaili City, Langde Miao Village is surrounded by mountains and rivers and boasts wooden stilt houses, winding mountain paths and well-preserved Wind and Rain Bridge. You will enjoy a featured Dancing and Singing Performance by local villagers.

Day 4: Kaili-Guiyang
