Established in 1984, Yingtan City Museum, also known as the "Chinese Taoist Cultural Relics Collection", is an iconic building of Chinese Taoist culture, and it is currently the only Taoist cultural relics collection in
China.
Yingtan City Museum's main collection contains nearly 10,000 cultural relics (including Jiaoshan cultural relics), including 216 grade cultural relics.
Yingtan City Museum has four exhibition halls. The first exhibition hall focuses on the cultural relics unearthed from the tombs of the Yue ethnic group in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period in the Yingtan area; the second exhibition hall mainly displays the fine Taoist cultural relics in the Yingtan area; Cultural relics; the four exhibition halls are temporary exhibition halls.
