How about Shaanxi Health Care? Here we introduct the Medical Service for Foreigners and Their Offspring in Shaanxi Province

In order to provide appropriate medical service for foreign investors in Shaanxi Province as well as their offspring, and to further improve the investment environment and promote the development of economy and social service in Shaanxi Province, requirements are issued as follows:

I. All levels of administrative divisions of health and medial institutions must place great emphasis on the medical service for foreigners in Shaanxi Province as well as their offspring. This work must be given priority on the agenda, and be assigned to designated persons.

II. Administrative divisions of health at both provincial and municipal level must designate some medical institutions to provide medical service for foreigners as well as their offspring. Provincial hospitals designated by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Health are: People's Hospital of Shaanxi Province, the First and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an Children's Hospital, and the Stomatology Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University; and health bureaus of cities with districts must designate one or two well-equipped medical institutions to provide daily medical service for foreigners in the areas under their jurisdiction.

III. All designated medical institutions shall set up certain agencies, designate specific persons that serve foreigners and establish relevant administrative regulations and functions. Hospitals, if conditions permit, may set up special wards or areas for foreigners, and assign the job to medical staffs with better foreign language skills and experience in foreign affairs.

IV. A coordination system and an express communication channel shall be established between the designated provincial medical institutions and those in cities with districts, so that medical consultation or hospital transfer can be arranged in time for patients with severe diseases or complicated diseases.

V. Health bureaus of cities with districts shall submit the name list of the designated hospitals, executive directors of the hospitals and the specific medical staffs together with their contact information to the Division of Medical Affairs of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Health no later than July 20. A copy of that list shall also be sent to relevant government departments of personnel, public security, and commerce at the same level. The designated provincial hospitals shall submit the name list of their executive directors and the specific medical staffs together with their contact information directly to the Division of Medical Affairs of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Health.
